They are seeking an experienced, organized, and forward-thinking Operations Manager to streamline internal processes, support marketing and client outreach, and enhance team collaboration. This is a brand-new role that will be pivotal in helping their CEO and team stay focused, aligned, and efficient in their day-to-day operations.
Job Summary
As the Operations Manager, you will play a central role in driving business operations, managing marketing workflows, and optimizing daily activities within a busy real estate firm. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the team, youll be responsible for implementing systems, managing communications, overseeing campaign execution, and ensuring all moving parts of the business function seamlessly. This is a full-time remote role requiring daily collaboration and strategic leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily business operations, ensuring smooth execution of workflows and processes
- Manage CRM systems and maintain up-to-date client and project information
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns using tools like Flodesk
- Lead and monitor Google Ads campaigns, reporting on performance metrics
- Coordinate and execute social media marketing efforts in alignment with brand goals
- Develop, document, and refine SOPs and internal workflows
- Conduct cold calling and outreach as needed to generate new business
- Collaborate daily with team members and CEO to align on priorities
- Track and manage multiple accounts and marketing initiatives simultaneously
- Use tools like LOFTY, Google Sheets, and Canva to support operations and reporting
- Support business innovation through strategic input and creative solutions
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an operations or management role within the real estate industry
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and campaigns at once
- Native or near-native fluency in English
- Proficient in LOFTY, Google Ads, Google Sheets, Canva, and Flodesk
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, with occasional evening or weekend availability
Additional Skills (Preferred but not required):
- Previous experience building and scaling internal teams
- Familiarity with storytelling and branding strategies
- Project management certification or formal training
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
